People can handle difficult news. What they struggle with is uncertainty. I believe leaders should communicate clearly—even when the message isn’t easy.
What do we know? What don’t we know? What decision has been made?
What happens next? Transparency doesn’t mean everyone will agree with every decision. It means people understand where they stand and why.
Trust grows when people know they’re getting the truth.
