Good leaders listen. They seek different perspectives, challenge their own assumptions, and make sure the right voices are heard. But eventually, someone has to make the decision.
I believe in being inclusive in how decisions are shaped—and decisive once it’s time to move. Listen broadly. Decide clearly.
Communicate why. Then move forward together. Indecision is a decision too.
Usually not a very good one.
