Strategy without execution is aspiration. Execution without strategy is activity. Strong organizations connect the two.
They translate direction into priorities, priorities into ownership, and ownership into measurable outcomes. Then they review progress honestly and adjust when conditions change. A strategy creates value only when people understand it well enough to act on it.
